We want you to love your Printed Paws kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no return required.
If you're not happy with your print, contact us at printedpaws@gmail.com — we're happy to help troubleshoot or send a replacement pad.
As each kit is a single-use item, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been placed. If you have questions before ordering, reach out and we're happy to help.
Approved refunds (for damaged or faulty items) are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
